• No worry/hassle or increased fuel costs of having to tow your caravan each visit
• The caravan is not taking up space at home
• Come & go whenever you choose - use the site as much as you/family/relations wish (and only pay site fees when you stay!)
• You are free to enjoy the beauty of North Devon/Cornwall and of course, all the facilities of Hedley Wood.
• Your caravan is stored safely in our storage area.
• We will tow your caravan onto a vacant pitch of your choice when required - just call us 24 hours before your intended visit
• When you leave, we will tow it into storage, ready for your next visit (A single charge of £6 is made for towing out & back)
• All towing, siting and storage services are carried out with the utmost care

• Storage charges payable quarterly, in advance. A 10% charge will be levied on the next quarter if payment becomes overdue
• It is strongly recommended that your caravan is fully insured whilst it remains in the park. Responsibility for insurance lies entirely with the owner. Hedley Wood can accept no responsibility for the consequences if this is not done.
• The handbrake and towing gear must always be in good working order. NB lubrication of the jockey wheel and tow hitch must be carried out regularly. Defects will be corrected and invoiced accordingly.
• Caravans must be washed annually and be of good appearance. Unwashed caravans will be cleaned and invoiced accordingly.
• Caravans and contents are left entirely at the owner's risk
• It is recommended that all valuables eg electrical items be removed from the caravan during the winter months.
• If over 6 months storage fees remain outstanding, Hedley Wood reserves the right to sell the caravan at current trade prices to recover any monies owed, plus interest and any appropriate costs incurred. The owner will be notified prior to this.
• Hedley Wood will tow your caravan onto a pitch as required - this will be at the owner's risk and on their insurance which the owner should ensure is sufficient to cover this service.
• The caravan must be left ready to tow with the legs raised and loaded such that the front end is capable of being lifted by hand. Any damage resulting from this not being carried out will be the responsibility of the owner.
