The site shop is situated at
the front of the Complex, selling the most popular grocery items, dairy produce,
bottled gases, camping accessories and those odds & ends you sometimes
forget to bring with you. We also offer a freezer-pack service, cash machine and
battery-charging facility.
Please note: In our experience when there are limited customers on site and
as our shop and reception has a basic stock, rather than being open for limited
set hours, we feel that is advantageous to our customers and ourselves to have
our staff, who are on site 24/7, available to serve customers as and when
requested, so please do not hesitate to ask.
Two toilet blocks are provided,
located in Willow Bay and below the Complex, with FREE showers
& hot water, washing-up and hair-drying
facilities.
Two public telephones are
available, one located in the bar and one by Reception at the front of the
Complex, where you will find a comprehensive range of tourist information
leaflets illustrating various activities and places of interest in
Devon/Cornwall.
Two play areas are available,
one suitable for the older children, and a mini assault course, climbing frame,
swing, slides, Wendy house and model train for the younger children to play on
located within sight of the Woodman Bar, so you can relax and watch your
children play safely.
Dog Walks and Nature Trails covering
over a mile prove to be very popular with pet-owners and campers alike.
The Pets Corner, opposite the
Complex, includes an aviary, and has a growing number of animals and birds
including ducks, chickens, chipmunks, Bert & Alfie the goats, Arthur &
Martha the pigs and of course our family pets Zeke & Ella the
dogs.
The Laundrette is sited at the side
of the Complex. We provide four washing machines, four tumble driers and an iron
with ironing board.
