SITE CONDITIONS:

CAMPERS must use breathable groundsheets only (applies to van/tent awnings only) to minimise damage to our grass.

WE ASK that in wet conditions, campers park their cars in marked areas only, again to minimise damage to our grass.

GOOD DOGS are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. Owners must clear up after their dog, therefore poop scoops are compulsory.

WE DO NOT wish to lay down hard and fast rules and regulations but we do ask that campers treat other holidaymakers and the site generally, with respect. There is a 10mph speed limit throughout the site.

A DEPOSIT of approximately 10%  must be sent with this form to ensure your reservation. Cheques to be made payable to Hedley Wood. Please also enclose an SAE if you require a receipt and confirmation.          Call us on 01288 381404 or email us prior to booking to confirm availability
