HIRING CONDITIONS:

All caravans are equipped with crockery, cutlery, blankets and cooking utensils. You are requested to bring your own towels/tea towels, pillows, sheets and protective bed coverings if used for younger children. Blankets can be supplied, but you may bring your own duvets if preferred.


THE HIRER is held responsible for any damage to the caravan and equipment breakages whilst in their possession. All damage and losses are chargeable.


LETTINGS commence at 14:00 on the day of arrival and cease at 10:00 on the day of departure unless by special arrangement and run from Saturday to Saturday unless previously arranged. Lettings must be taken up by 19:00 unless previously arranged.


GOOD DOGS are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. Please do not allow any pet on our bedding or upholstery. (Please bring your own dog blanket/rug with you). Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans. Owners must clear up after their dog, therefore poop scoops are compulsory.


We do not wish to lay down hard and fast rules and regulations but we do ask that hirers treat our caravans, other holidaymakers and the site generally, with respect. There is a 10mph speed limit throughout the site.


A DEPOSIT of £60/week/caravan must be sent with this form to ensure your reservation. Cheques to be made payable to Hedley Wood. Please also enclose an SAE if you require a receipt and confirmation.          Call us on 01288 381404 or email us prior to booking to confirm availability
